A Lay Apostolate Formation for Adults in Youth Ministry
August 27 & 28, 2011 from 8:00 am Saturday -Noon Sunday @ Camp Rockyvine, Dutzow, MO

Cost: $25 per person fee includes all meals, lodging and program materials
Thank you to the Tom Myers Memorial Scholarship Fund. Proceeds are being used to offset the cost in order to make it affordable and reach more adults.

Do you work with and minister to youth in Scout Groups, Youth Groups, or Sports Teams? If so, this program is designed just for you! Come join us!

Faith communities of approximately 6 to 7 people will participate in a number of explorations under the guidance of an experienced facilitator. Explorations include reflection and group discussion in the following dimensions:
The Call to Leadership, Holiness, Conversion, Worship and Action
The retreat will also include Reconciliation, Eucharistic Adoration and a closing Mass on Sunday.

When: Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011; Rain or shine!

Time: Check in at 8:30 a.m. -program runs 9 a.m. through 3:30 a.m.

Where: Black Madonna Shrine & Grotto in Eureka, MO

Who: For Girl Scouts 9-11 years old or 4th-6th grade

What to expect: A day of outdoor fun and faith building activities with friends.

Did you know?: As an option, the girls can start working on the "I Live My Faith" Faith-Building Program. Some of the requirements can be met by participating in this retreat. There is no need to bring the project books to the retreat.

What to Bring: Sack Lunch (snacks and beverages are provided) Optional: Money for gift shop, items range from $.50-$10. Appropriate clothing (closed toe shoes and socks are required) for outdoor fun and weather.

Cost: $16 per person: covers snack, materials, and patch. Payable to Catholic Youth Apostolate Prefered due date is Oct. 1, 2011!

Optional Book Cost: $6 if you would like to use this as a jumping off point to begin working on the "I Live My Faith" Faith-Building Program, you can purchase the book now and we will have it for you on the day of the retreat. If you are not sure at this time, books will be available for purchase on the day of the retreat.

Registration/Payment: October 1, 2011- Please complete a registration form for each participant. Go to the girlscoutsem.org website and fillout and return the Health Permission Form for each girl. Make checks payable to Catholic Youth Apostolate. Sorry no refunds after Oct. 1st.

What: A weekend to have fun with your faith and friends! Come enjoy live music, a tantalizing menu, and faith-filled fun.

Who:Catholic Girl Scouts and all girls - 7th through 12th grade during the 2012-2013 school year. Separate programs for high school girls.

When:August 17-19, 2012. Check in Friday 6:00pm-7:00pm. Ends Sunday at Noon.

Where:Camp Fiddlecreek, located in Gray Summit, MO

Youth Staff: We are looking for high school age girls who are in touch with their faith and desire to help plan and guide the youth on this retreat. You will be part of the planning team, attend planning sessions and have fun. Early Bird registration$50 by July 15th, $55 after July 15th. This price includes lodging, meals, cool T-shirt and a great leadership experience.

Adult Staff We need adults to help throughout the weekend. All adults must be in compliance with the Archdiocesan requirement. $40 per person to cover lodging, meals and a T-shirt
